It can be a struggle to drink enough water every day and many of us fall short of our water requirement. Instead of thinking “outside of the box” when it comes to water, we continue to grab our glass, stick it under the facet and hurriedly chug it down. Just trying to “get it in.”

If you’re struggling with infertility, you may recognize this scenario. Because just like everything else, you’re doing your best to listen to your doctor and dietitian’s advice to stay well nourished and well hydrated. And you’re doing your best to get those 8 cups of water in each day.
